Our products are shipped to you directly from the supplier, allowing us to offer an average delivery time of 7-12 working days. This innovative business model allows us to save significantly on storage and transport costs. This allows us to offer our products at lower prices and also take care of shipping costs.

As we work with several suppliers, products may be shipped separately. In the unlikely event that something is missing from your order, we aim to ship these missing items usually within 2-3 days.

Ruilen & Retouren

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to exchange or return it within 14 days of receipt. It is important that products are returned in their original condition, including labels and tags, and without any signs of use.

Once we have received the items you have returned in good order, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 14 days.
